  • Initial visit : exploration of personality, motivational questionnaire and dependency. Delivery of guide and work material.

  • Follow-up visits : Psychoeducation negative consequences of smoking and functioning of addictive processes. Motivational interview and decisional balance. Functional analysis of consumption. Knowledge of risk situations. Stimulus control. Progressive de-habitation. A date is set to quit smoking permanently. Confronting falls or isolated consumptions. Training in coping skills in risk situations. Mindfulness practice. Training in strategies for the management of withdrawal syndrome.
